Terms and Conditions
1. Use of the Website
By accessing and using The Health Concept by Marta website ("Site"), you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must review and agree to these Terms and Conditions (Ts&Cs) on your behalf.
2. Your Responsibilities
As a client of The Health Concept by Marta, you are expected to:
Attend consultations on time and conduct yourself respectfully towards practitioners and staff.
Follow the guidance provided by your practitioner.
Pay fees when due.
Provide accurate and up-to-date medical and personal health information, including any changes in treatments or medications.
Understand that naturopathy is a long-term approach to health and requires commitment.
Work collaboratively with your practitioner with an open mind and realistic expectations.
Client Intake Forms:
Upon booking an initial consultation, you will receive an intake form via email. This form must be completed at least 24 hours before your appointment.
If the form is not completed before the appointment, it will need to be filled out during your session, reducing your consultation time.
Failure to complete the form may result in the cancellation of your appointment.
Refusal of Service:
If you do not comply with these terms, we reserve the right to discontinue services.
Aggressive or inappropriate behaviour will result in the immediate termination of the consultation, and full fees will still apply.
3. Services
The Health Concept by Marta offers naturopathic and Bioresonance consultations and programs to support health and well-being.
Some products may be provided through third-party suppliers such as Vital.ly, Ariya Health, or other distributors.
If purchasing from a third party, you agree to their respective terms and conditions.
Code of Conduct:
As a health practitioner operating outside of AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency), we adhere to the relevant professional Code of Conduct.
4. Bookings and Payment
All bookings are managed via Simple Clinic.
Payment details may be collected, including your name, billing address, and credit card information, processed securely through third-party payment providers.
Deposit & Payment Terms:
Full payment is required at the time of booking your appointment.
If you cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice, your payment will be kept as a credit and can be applied to a future appointment.
If you reschedule with more than 24 hours' notice, your payment will be transferred to the new booking.
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are not subject to GST.
Prices may change at any time, but pre-booked services that have been paid for upfront will not be affected.
5. Cancellation Policy & Late Arrivals
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations and rescheduling.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in the full consultation fee being forfeited.
If you fail to attend without notice, a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
If you arrive late, your session will still finish at the scheduled time out of respect for other clients. The full consultation fee will still apply.
Refunds:
We do not offer refunds for services if you change your mind.
If you are dissatisfied with our services, we welcome feedback and will work with you to resolve concerns.
For third-party product issues (e.g., incorrect or damaged items), please contact the supplier directly. However, if the product was purchased from The Health Concept, we will contact our supplier and arrange a replacement.
6. Confidentiality
All client information is handled with strict confidentiality.
Personal and health related data will not be shared without your prior consent, except where required by law or for professional supervision purposes.

It is your responsibility to review product ingredients before use and inform us of any allergies or conditions.
If you experience an adverse reaction, discontinue use immediately and contact us.
We cannot provide exchanges or refunds based on allergic or adverse reactions.

In the case of a dispute, both parties agree to resolve matters respectfully through open communication.
You agree to avoid public discussions about disputes and attempt to resolve concerns through private negotiation.
