Here you’ll find my range of wellness teas, carefully handcrafted with certified organic herbs and blended with naturopathic insight. Each tea is created with care to bring comfort, balance, and enjoyment to your daily rituals.

Wellness Tools

  • Shipping within Australia (Only)

    We ship Australia wide with Australia Post. Orders dispatched in 2–3 business days.

    Flat rate shipping of $15 standard shipping within Australia.

    Standard delivery:
    3–7 business days (metro) / 7–10 business days (regional & rural).

    Flat rate shipping of $20 express shipping within Australia.

    Express delivery: 1–3 business days (metro) / slightly longer outside metro areas.

    Free shipping on orders over $100.

    Currently we do not offer international delivery.

    Delivery Delays
    Once dispatched, your order is in the hands of Australia Post. We cannot accept responsibility for delays due to postal disruptions or weather events.

    Damaged or Lost Parcels
    If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund. Lost parcels will be investigated with Australia Post.

  • At The Health Concept, every product is prepared and packed with care. If something isn’t right with your order, we’ll do our best to make it right.

    Change of Mind

    Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on teas, beauty, or wellness products if you simply change your mind or no longer want the item. Please choose carefully before completing your purchase.

    Damaged or Faulty Items

    If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

    • We will happily arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund.

    • Damaged packaging alone (without product damage) will not qualify for a refund.

    Returns Process

    If a return is approved:

    1. We’ll provide you with return instructions.

    2. Items must be returned in original packaging, unopened and unused.

    3. Once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 10-14 business days.

    Refunds

    Refunds are issued back to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the transaction.

    Exclusions

    We cannot offer refunds or replacements where:

    • Products have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery.

    • Returns are requested outside the stated time frame.

    • We are not responsible for delays once parcels are with the postal service.
